Black Lace Up Spats

Full lycra black lace up spats. These are generally one size fits most but recommended for older child to adult size. 

Constructed from lycra with lycra laces, a lycra sponge filled tongue and metal eyelets to thread the laces. They do not have any vinyl like some types do.
