Returns & Exchanges

Refunds or replacements only will  be offered when an item is faulty. We do not accept change of mind returns. 

We provide size charts for all items. For wrong size purchased online,we will exchange IF we have the alternative size in stock and within 7 days of purchase only. Buyer will be responsible for return post and post charges of the replacement item will apply. 

Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and original packaging. Packaging and tags must also be undamaged.

We will not accept returns on items for wear and tear or careless treatment such as damage from rough surfaces or spills etc

There are no returns or exchanges on tights, socks or underwear unless faulty. A ladder or hole in tights does not indicate they are faulty, this is normal wear and tear. 

we are first and foremost a retail store, if you are local make sure you pop in and see are range of beautiful leotards that sell out before we can put them on the website. Let us fit you in our ballet, jazz and tap shoes in store.

 

Faulty items

Please photograph the item and email to hello@theballetshoppe.com.au within 7 days of purchase. Please don't phone as we can't help you without seeing the item.

In some cases we may require you return the item to us for our suppliers to inspect it. Please don't send it to us unless we advise you to. Items returned without our prior authorisation may be disposed of.

Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 and free shipping for purchases over $150. At present this is via Australia Post and is tracked. 

Orders will be posted out next business day.
